The Degree Foundation at UNISTEM offers an exciting alternative pathway for students who have completed their GCE O/Ls. It enables students to start preparing for a globally recognised university degree while continuing their schooling, giving them a valuable head start without missing out on the friendships, experiences, and memories that make school life so special.

Students may continue their degree studies at the University of Northampton, UK, through UNISTEM, transfer to another recognised private university in Sri Lanka, or pursue higher education overseas, depending on their aspirations and chosen pathway.

Upon successful completion of the Foundation Programme, students may choose to pursue their degree in one of the following subject areas. Their selected specialisation will determine the academic modules studied throughout Years 3, 4, and 5, providing a focused and industry-relevant learning experience.

      • GCE(O/L) 6 passes with Mathematics & English and Age Below 19 years .
      • Students with pending GCE (O/L) results are eligible to apply

Study Options: After-School | Saturday | Online

After-School Batch:
Lecture Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays – 2.30 PM to 5.00 PM, and Online Fridays – 7.00 PM to 9.00 PM

Saturday Batch:
Lecture Schedule: Saturdays – 8.30 AM to 1.30 PM, and Online Fridays – 7.00 PM to 9.00 PM

Online Batch:
Lecture Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays – 7.00 PM to 9.00 PM

COMMENCEMENT: Friday, 21st August 2026

Course Registration Fee: Rs. 20,000

Course Fee: Rs. 20,000 x 12 Installments: Rs. 240,000

      • Students can pay the course fees by monthly installments.
      • Social Security Contribution Levy (SSCL) of 2.5% will be charged on all above fees.
      • The first month’s payment must be made before the course commencement.
