Leading with Purpose: From Ministry to Management
My journey from pastoral ministry to school principal was a masterclass in human dynamics. Leading a diverse international school community honed my skills in empathy, conflict resolution, and building culture. To formalize this expertise, I pursued my MA in HRM at UNISTEM. This equipped me with the strategic framework to transition from intuitive leadership to evidence-based people strategy. I now specialize in human operations, leveraging my unique background to develop compassionate and high-performing organizational cultures.
