About IRCMS 2026

UNISTEM (formerly known as the Human Resource Management Institute) is a leading institute in Sri Lanka dedicated to advancing education and training in the fields of Business and Vocational Studies. In line with its commitment to fostering research and innovation, UNISTEM is organizing its fourth international research conference. Here is a title for the 2026 4th International Research Conference on Management Studies hosted by the Research Cell of UNISTEM.

Objectives:

      1. To provide a platform for scholars, practitioners, and students to present and exchange their latest research findings, ideas, and innovations.
      2. To encourage interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration that addresses emerging challenges and opportunities in business and management practices.
      3. To foster knowledge sharing between academia and industry, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical applications.
      4. To promote a culture of research excellence by inspiring young researchers to engage in scholarly inquiry and contribute to the advancement of management studies.

Target Presenters and Participants:

The conference is open to scholars, researchers, students and practitioners in different fields such as business management, accounting & finance, HRM, tourism, Psychology etc. Participants may be from academia and industry.
